Professionalism

Qualities that characterize or mark a profession is called a professionalism. It is the way you view you
self and the people you work with. For me this attitude is very important as a intern because it's a way of respecting and treating someone in a good way. We should apply this kind of attitude not only as a intern we should bring this kind of attitude all the time. 

My learning's as time goes by

As a intern, internship is a temporary hands-on learning experience that provides meaningful, career-related work. Typically I develop some of my new skills . Internship training helps me in some facilitation.

 I was looking for an internship that was unique, challenging, and flexible, especially since I didn't know what specific field I wanted to enter after graduation. This internship definitely gave me an opportunity to become exposed to various industries and helped me see what kind of career will fit me best.

My job was extremely satisfying. For one, I met interesting people everyday, customers and co-workers alike! Secondly, I was able to observe the retail world from the bottom up. 

The Credit

In the future, I know I will be able to look back at this opportunity I received and be so grateful. Of course I’m grateful right now, but whatever comes my way, I’ll know where I got my start and the place I established myself and became confident in myself.I am still becoming more confident in my skills and learning new things every day. 

My DOH journey has been a roller coaster ride filled with countless memories, amazing experiences and invaluable learning. Another experience that I will cherish during the course of my internship was the opportunity to get involved in DOH  SIGNATURE CAMPAIGN at Bohol I got the opportunity to be a part of that campaign. It was an extremely touching experience that made me wish to contribute more. 

To give real service you must add something which cannot be bought or measured with money, and that is sincerity and integrity.

As A Intern

            

      Student interns want challenges and responsibilities at their jobs, but they are often disappointed by the tasks they are given. But me as a Intern in DOH I'm not disappointed, my co-workers there is to far from what I am expecting. They are very nice to me and especially they want us to learned the things they use to do.

    That's why I don't want to end my internship because I am starting to get

  attached to what i do. But sad to say, 200 hours is almost up. I just realize  

   that working in DOH is a big help to learn new things in my future career.

  Every hour I spent working in the department is always memorable. I can   

  never forget those times i laugh, eat, chit-chat together with my co-interns 

     while working at the same time. It's a great privilege to work in DOH 

                           together with my ever-supportive classmates.

         Hard work has made it easy. That is my secret. so every time you 

         work, never hesitate to give it your best. There is no harm in trying.

SIN TAX BILL SIGNATURE CAMPAIGN IN BOHOL

It was July 18, 2012 when we went at Bohol for a Press Conference.

We arrived at exactly there 9 the Press Con starts at 11pm Ms. Suzzette and Ms. Ligaya our supervisor talked about the signature campaign. It was a very important issue. 

And I am one of them hoping that this signature campaign must be approved.

We brought some folders to be given so that the people who attend the Press Con can sign it.

It was a good experience for  me to attend and to have more information about the currently topic they talked about. It was a big opportunity for me to know the real meaning of this matter.

 It was 7pm when we arrived here Cebu we brought more learning and nice experience meeting other people.

WORKING AT DOH

My work experience there plays a significant role for me. Internships provide an opportunity to get your feet wet in a career that you're interested in learning more about. Achieving not only an internship position, but one at such a prominent company, was extremely exciting.

FIRST DAY :)))

First day of Internship :)


July 5,2012 my first day at DOH. I went there afternoon because I had a class at morning when I arrive I met my supervisor who seemed fantastic she welcome me with a beautiful smile I taught she was strict but she's not. She asked me some questions and I answered confidently. My first day of work there was fun with my classmates to go back there. When I went home I was so excited to go back there. And finally my first day there was terrific. 


I am also seeking a work experience that may help me to begin building my career in the near future.
